  • 刘庆文,同济大学,电子与信息工程学院,计算机科学与技术系,教授、博士生导师。科技部国家重点研发计划“物联网与智慧城市”重点专项核心专家库专家,上海市科学技术专家库专家,安徽省人工智能教育委员会特邀专家。博士/硕士学业师从著名信号处理专家Georgios B. Giannkias教授。在无线网络跨层设计和优化领域发表多篇高质量论文,被引3000余次;其中,单篇第一作者论文他引1000余次,是该领域数万文献中他引最多的IEEE Transactions汇刊长文之一;另一篇第一作者论文曾被列为IEEE Xplore论文库被下载最多的100篇文献之一,他引400余次。获多项世界/美国/欧盟专利,该核心专利及所属公司被Cisco思科公司以数亿美元成功收购。具有十多年美国硅谷高科技工程实践经验,多次参与数千万美元风险融资,相关项目公司曾在NASDAQ成功上市或被成功并购。
